Fitness Principles

'FinishFast' is a training ideology founded by Rob Tranter. Designed for professional training and coaching, all principles must be included in the exercise prescription. If one component is missing, the client/athlete will not manifest their inherent ability to perform.

Food - nutrition timing
Intervals - anaerobic work
Neuromuscular - activation
Inclines - hilly cross-country work
Support - financial & academic
Homeostasis - cellular recovery
Framing - goal visualization
Aerobic - LSD capacity
Strength - prehabilitation & specificity
Technique - biomechanics
